Plan your bus logisticsand award them directly
Shift transport, employee shuttles, visitor traffic at events: gather everything that needs driving, bundle it into packages and tender it straight to bus operators — with nobody in between.

Everything that needs driving, in one place
Today the timetable sits in a spreadsheet, the requests in an inbox and the offers as PDFs somewhere in between. In the project it all sits together — and you can see at any moment what is awarded and what is still open.
- Trips, shuttles and extras in a single list
- Tender what belongs together as one package
- Offers come back in comparable form
- Always visible what is still open

The whole undertaking on one screen
Items, packages, tenders, offers and invoices all sit in the same project. Full width at your desk, on your phone when you are out — including on the day itself, when you are nowhere near a computer.

From a single tour to a scheduled line
Anyone who needs coaches rarely needs exactly one. Usually a whole bundle hangs off a single date: outbound trips, return trips, a shuttle in between, and services nobody may forget.
Your package goes straight to vetted bus operators
You do not need a middleman for that. You tender the package, qualified operators with their own fleet bid on it, and their offers land directly with you — comparable side by side and without a markup for passing it on.
Tender related trips as one package
Requesting forty items one at a time means days spent on forms. Inside the project you bundle what belongs together and put it to the market in one go.
The overview tells you where things are stuck
An item nobody has tendered yet. An offer expiring tomorrow. A deadline no operator bid on. The project checks these cases continuously and jumps you straight to the spot.
2 items not tendered yet
Put them out so operators can send you an offer.
An offer is waiting for your decision
An operator has bid on the early shift. Accept it or turn it down.
Tender without an offer
The offer deadline is running out. Extend it or adjust the item.
This offer expires soon
Valid for 2 more days — after that you have to tender the item again.
Invoice outstanding
Invoice 2026-00048 — €9,750.00 outstanding.
All the paperwork gathers at the project
What you upload, what the bus operator contributes, what is attached to the individual bookings, and the invoices — it all comes together in the same project. Every file shows who it came from and which trip it belongs to.
The platform this industry deserves
Bus companies still dispatch with phone calls, faxes and spreadsheets. We are digitising the whole journey — from the enquiry to the trip on the driver's phone.

Frequently asked questions about bus logistics
How tendering works — and what it costs you.
Nothing. Creating projects, capturing trips, tendering and access to the connected bus operators are all free. No subscription, no setup fee, no commission on the offer price. You pay the operator exactly what it quoted.
Bus operators with their own fleet, registered and verified on Busly. Every operator has a profile with vehicles, equipment and past reviews — so you know who you are dealing with before you decide, not on the day of service.
The overview flags every tender whose deadline is running out without a bid. You can then extend the deadline, cut the package smaller or tender individual items separately — smaller packages tend to find an operator faster.
Yes. Each package is tendered and awarded on its own. The shuttle can go to a large operator and the transfers to a second one — both stay in the same project and the same overview.
As one item with a time window and an interval. You state when the shuttle runs from and to, and how often — that becomes a single entry in the project rather than a list of dozens of departure times you would have to redo on every change.
Through the operator providing the service. A package awarded to one operator is invoiced as a whole — award several packages to different operators and each invoices its own part. All invoices sit in the project, and you pay them online through Stripe, two clicks straight from the invoice. No collecting PDFs, no manual bank transfers, no keeping track of what has already gone out.
