The whole jobin one system
Built for bus companies: quote, booking, changes and invoice all run in the same place. Requests from Busly arrive automatically, your own customers you enter yourself, and your customer follows their job online.

How a job runs through
Enquiries from Busly land in your list automatically. Customers who come to you directly, you enter yourself, with route, dates and the vehicle they want. The quote is a few clicks away, or you accept a fixed price and skip it entirely. From the confirmation on, every further step grows out of the one before.
- Platform enquiries and phone enquiries in one place
- Quote with individual line items, quantities and tax rates
- Accept fixed-price enquiries in one click, without a quote
- The invoice is created with the booking, nothing is entered twice
Busly works out the market price
Once route, date and vehicle are set, Busly suggests a price. Behind it sit real cost data from the German coach market and a model that learns from every calculation. You see each item on its own and decide whether to take the suggestion.
- Price from distance, duration, passenger count and vehicle type
- Real costs behind it: fuel, driver wages, maintenance, taxes
- Surcharges for major cities, public holidays and night service
- Every item broken down, no black box price

Adjustments are quickly made
Your customer files the change directly in Busly. You see at a glance what is changing, enter a fee where needed and confirm. Busly works out the new price, the agreement is on record, and everything stays with the job instead of in phone notes and email threads.
Invoice, bookkeeping, done
The invoice is created with the booking, not afterwards. As a PDF for the customer, as a ZUGFeRD e-invoice for everyone who needs one, and as a DATEV export for your accountant.
- The invoice is created automatically from the booking
- ZUGFeRD e-invoice, machine-readable inside the PDF
- Download several invoices at once
- DATEV export for your bookkeeping
When things turn out differently
Cancellations and unpaid invoices follow your rules. The documents are created on their own.
Your cancellation tiers apply exactly as they stood at the time of booking. Busly works out the fee and creates the cancellation invoice and the refund.
If an invoice is due and unpaid, Busly follows up on its own and repeats that weekly. You don't have to keep track.
Automations that take work off your hands
What would otherwise be office work runs by itself here. Your core business is trips, not emails.
