Routing for coaches,not for cars
Busly calculates every route for a coach rather than a car. Bridge heights, weight limits and narrow side streets are part of the maths, and mandatory breaks are already counted before you commit.

A coach does not drive like a car
Consumer navigation apps calculate for a car and send you under bridges that are too low, or into streets a coach simply does not fit through. Busly calculates with the dimensions of a coach: height, length, weight, width and axle load go into every route, small roads are avoided and tolls are weighed up.
- Calculated for a coach, not for a car
- Bridge height, weight limits and axle load are part of it
- Narrow side streets are actively avoided
- Tolls are weighed up, not blindly avoided
The mandatory break is already in the driving time
Busly works to EC 561/2006: after four and a half hours at the wheel, 45 minutes of break; beyond nine hours of driving you need a second driver. You see driving time, waiting time and mandatory break separately before you send a quote. Waiting time at the stops does not count as a break.
Stops, waiting times, alternatives
A trip is rarely just A to B. You add stops with their waiting time, get alternative routes to choose from and see what each one means for driving time and breaks. Every calculated route sits in the address bar and can be passed on as a link.
- As many stops as you need, each with its own waiting time
- Alternative routes side by side instead of one fixed answer
- Driving time, waiting time and mandatory break listed separately
- Share a route as a link, no export and no screenshot
The map in daily use
At the desk you plan the route with every stop, layer and alternative. On the road your driver sees the same trip in the driver app, with route, stops and times.

More than roads on the map
Workshops, fuel and power are marked, plus your own layers.

On the profile, driving hours, the map and the limits
Busly calculates with the dimensions of a coach rather than a car. Bridge heights, weight limits and axle loads are part of it, narrow side streets are avoided, and the statutory break sits right inside the driving time.
At the moment Busly calculates with standard coach dimensions: 4.00 m height, 13.50 m length, 2.55 m width and 18 t. Per-vehicle dimensions are prepared but not yet editable in the fleet.
Busly follows the rules of EC 561/2006 and lists driving time, waiting time and mandatory break separately. Responsibility for compliance stays with you as the operator; the planning takes the arithmetic off your hands.
Yes. Busly sorts the stops by shortest total distance while taking time windows, vehicle capacity and mandatory breaks into account.
Every calculated route sits in the address bar. You copy the link and the recipient sees the same route with all its stops, no export and no screenshot.
